esok AIM15, much awaited award show for me.....  and seperti biasa ler KW throw a makan2 session sambil tgk AIM, dah jadi mcm our annual event lak.... per lah agak nyer menu AIM KW tis year....

so I rasa nak tulis my AIM jer lah....  Siti is in the list, never fail ler makcik tuh in this award thingy kan..... and to me Siti deserves lah all tis awards la.....

Dayang pun byk gak nomination.... good for her, hope dia menag one or two....

I really really hope Elyana menag for her performance in that lagu Kalis Rindu..... lagu tuh sedap... pelik and suits her perfectly, voice and personality.... heeee2

Faizal Tahir..... mamat ni pun tak kurang hebat..... walaupun as a pendatang baru....  I rasa dia akan bawa balik quiet few those mic esok.... walaupun after all the kontroversi he created kan..... i do enjoy his songs... all good one, cuma tak berapa berkenan ngan cara over dia..... tapi itu my personal point of view la.... media byk bagi coverage for him...... bg him second chance gituh.... kat APM but FT receive byk popularity vote kan..... his popularity + talent just a perfect combination......

Semalam I watch Dunia Baru TV3  @9PM.. this episode showed something pasal netball lah.... kind of teruja jugak… however hated the story line… the story is about a bunch of college students yg nak bertaruh main netball, coed netball (4girls + 3boys)… so while scouting for men players, this team having diffulties lah to find player… to a point sampai nak bertumbuk2 na gelak2 menghina….. coz in this student head, netball is still a women games… how closed minded kan….. and make me even mad…. The head of the uni… a Dr konon nyer…. Came out to stop the game….. gd ler pasal he want to stop the game pasal this two groups bertaruh….. itu boleh lagi di terima akal….. but ader ler few pf his remarks yg mcm put down the game just because the boys are playing it…..

Hello…… though it is just lakonon….. but the lakonan is about college students….. in kolej ler where u suppose to be open minded n not so closed minded like that Dr……

To the script writer…. Wat ler research….. men netball is so acceptable already…..

A recent survey by IFNA revealed that men's netball is regularly being played in England, Namibia, Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, St Vincent & The Grenadines, Canada, India, Pakistan, Samoa, Australia and New Zealand.

In Canada, at two of their last three National Championships, demonstration games of men's netball were staged. Many Samoan boys play netball and rugby and the rugby authorities have acknowledged the usefulness of netball skills in their sport. Netball New Zealand has a positive view on the potential that men's netball could offer but believes that progress and resource allocation must be handled with care.

In Trinidad & Tobago, Lystra Lewis of the IFNA Members Council, recalls that men's netball is not new. She said that men have been playing the game since the 1930's - umpiring, playing and coaching. In fact, the former Port of Spain Mayor, George Cabral, was the first President of The Port of Spain Netball League.

Jamaica recently hosted its first international men's netball series against England, taking place from 6 - 20 December. This was a three test series with the teams competing for The Goodwill Cup. This was the first meeting of the kind in Jamaica and it was seen as fostering good relations between both nations. The Series was endorsed by the Jamaica Netball Association President and IFNA Vice-President, Molly Rhone. Results were match 1 - Jamaica 44, England 32, match 2 - Jamaica 45, England 39, match 3 - Jamaica 54, England 31. This was a great learning experience for both countries and will, no doubt, be a spring board for future developments.

At the IFNA Council Meeting, held in September in Christchurch, New Zealand, the development of men's netball was discussed at length, with many members describing how men's netball was being played within their countries. It was recognized by IFNA that the development of men's netball had been discussed at Council Meetings in 1993, 1995 and 1997 and a strategy was now required to make some progress.

It was decided, by Council, that a Men's World Netball Championship should be held, under the direction of IFNA, within the next five years at a time and place to be decided by Members Council, IFNA's new policy making team. A condition of participation will be that entries must come from affiliates of IFNA members.

The first step, to staging the event, is to establish a timetable for men's netball to be affiliated to national governing bodies. Existing IFNA members have now been asked what structures they have in place for men's netball within their membership and advised of the possible need for Constitutional amendments, to enable men to affiliate to their membership, in order to compete in an IFNA event.

It is known that men's netball teams play regularly in the West Indies, Canada, New Zealand, England and Australia.

How time flies…. New year is just around the corner….. yeaap 2008, another additional one year….. and sure ppl ask what is ur 2008 resolution…. My resolution is not to have anymore new resolution…. Just to work and improve my 2007 resolution…. There are few items still stuck and not yet been implemented…. Rather not put it ere but will put it in my head  and my heart, so that will not forget…

2. netball... yeap 10 of us.. team up and form a netball team, we called ourselves Cobra (after a Bip’s  brand….. )…. New set of frens….. have to say they are great guys….. love them, many more happy moments with the COBRAs….

To all.. happy new year 2008…. Let makes the coming year a better year for us to be in,,, all the best and may ALLAH grant us with wat we have aim and wish for…. 

Tol tak naik…. Good news indeed.. but only for four (4) highway…. PLUS & Jambatan Pulau Pinang, SPRINT, PROLINTAS and Kerinchi and Damansara Link and only for year 2008. How about other highway? Naik ke tol??

Basically I used only PLUS, whenever I go back kampung, talk about toll ah, I regularly used LDP, but LDP not in the list!! Mcm mana tuh?.  Now tunggu lak harga minyak… that one sure lah…. Just tak tahu how much jer….. Tapi kan, what can u do… kalau dah harga naik…. Bayar jer lah…. What to do, ayam patuk itik sudu….. nak berjimat pun tak tahu ler mcm mana… kalau dah expenses more than pendapatan……

This morning…. The responsible deputy minister again stated the same statement “Tol di Malaysia adalah yg paling rendah”  kalau dulu lak suka di compare kan  our tol price with  Japan and other developed contries….  Sure ler our tol murah.. if u compare price to price…. But we think of the cost of living, pendapatan…. I do believe our toll is expensive…. But who am I to komen, I m no economist… but I am just economist to my own self……

Another thing that I really really tak paham…. What is tis konsesi all about??….rasanyer tis konsesi tak turun pun, asyik dok naik jer…… again, I must say I am not an economist….. but logically I paham, sebab mcm tak logic.

Dr Razak’s, to update myself with his latest health condition… he is doing great.. happy to read (hear) about u daily……… do understand about the side effect from all the chemical been injected in ur body….. per2 pun Doc….. keep it there… hang in there…

Awang’s blog is good to read too…. He writes more on what he sees and what he believes….. with many2 photos, makes the blog nicer to view… after all, pictures really say so many things….. heee heeee.

Mus’ blog (my SERATAS fren), read his English.. so good… budak Set 1 lah kata kan…. I like his view pasal that penyapu awards…. Good write up.  Tapi kan…. Myself also wondering what la actually our MP is doing at Parliament….topics that they debated so out of the world…  Ohh yer, talk about debates… ada WANITA delegates talks about why there are so many govt building retak and runtuh….. her claimed was becoz foreign workers – they have no Malaysian Spirit.... my view : scapegoat exploration.

KW’s blog is always funny to read.. bermadah pujangga berpantun bagai cara tulisan nyer.. tapi kan  WHY U STOP BLOGGIN… WRITE MORE PLS..

So what have I been doing or not doing right after raya………….

a)      I hv not been to the FF….. freeze the account….. about time to unfreeze.. tapi rasa mcm nak terminate jer…… but tengok ler…….

b)      Makan…… after raya, open house byk…. So berjimat2 makan…. Think before u eat gituh…

c)      Netball….. interesting enuf, I got the chance to play friendly match against the Malaysian team…. And for the 1^st time jugak ler I played WD position…. I like….. however Malaysian team didn’t do well enuf at the World Cup at NZ.

d)      Busy with work…. TENDER……

Salam to Dr Razak.....

Kenal Dr Razak ni very brief jer.. met him masa kat US Embassy, we were there to apply for visa.. so masa nak tunggu for our interview tuh... we break the ice and started berborak ler.... dapat tahu he is a doctor... nope a surgeon...  tertarik ngan sopan santun dia, ngan lemah lembut dia..... heee heee

my US trip cancel ler for few times. but he went... so i pun sms la kat dia..... sajer tanya2 hows his trip.... after a while tak sms dia....tup2 he said he has something bagitahu I and asked me to read his blog.... terkejut gak ler.. dia ada CML.... tak ingat lak per singkatan nyer.. but got to do with Leukemia... terus ler teringat kat arwah Rafizul.....  tapi CML ni lain sikit... lain sebab masih lagi mild and chances to be cured to ada.... so I red his blog few times.... just nak tahu the whole story.... before I call him lah........

now Dr Razak in in the hospital, tengah undergo his few session and Chemo and esok 18-Sept.. dia akan undergo his BMT..... to Dr. Razak.... my prayers are for you... have a successful BMT.

USM Open – Kenangan Terindah,,,,,,

It was indeed a very Kenangan Terindah for COBRA…. Yeap we went tru  sampai Quterfinal kay!!! Qaterfinal… mcm tak percaya jer…. Our mission is to make tru second round jer… so mission accomplished…. Suka sesangat, indeed we were pleased and happy with our performance….. many more to come… and many more winning, toi tak COBRA…….

Dlm heppi2 ni pun ada gak sedih… our captain nyer bag was stolen...... few things like the documents, card, keys, handphone and sure lah $$ hilang kan…. Lahabau toi…. Banjingan toi……….

COBRA mendapat sentuhan Iejam and Am, since we have not enuf feeders (ie attackers…) thanks so much guys….really appreciate it so so so much…. Our chemistry tu menjadi jer…… terima kasih daun keladi, leh main ngan COBRA lagi…. Heee heeee

As captain said, our White n Black jersey tu mcm ada luck gituh….. and love that jersey so much…. COBRA Nampak so outstanding sgt…… and the new black short tuh mehmang cantik…… comei lah COBRA masa kat USM Open hari tuh! Hee heee

Last but not least…. Timer kasih to Coach – Kak Zarah…. Ur tunjuk ajar memang fantabulous…. We learnt alot..... mekasih mekasih mekasih….

To COBRA………. This is wat we always believe in, fun fun fun…. And surely to be able to WIN is even more FUN……. Lets us  win more games and have more fun….

SALAM  RAMADHAN AL-MUBARAK

Last Saturday 1-Sept-2007, visited MPO after such a long time….Were there to watch one of the 10^th Anniversary of MPO show…. Wow, dah 10 years. How time files…. MPO has performed so many good and interesting performances to Malaysian music goers….. I didn’t manage lah to watch all… the tixs are quite $$, so kena lah selected sikit…. Either by show or price tag… haa haaaa.

I love collaboration type of orchestra, like to see n hear how the blend sooths my ears… so happen last Saturday was mix+match between wayang kulit and orchestra…..serunai and gendang mix+match with violins, violas and cello… pretty kool.

Another great thing I like about MPO is the dress code…. They are strict with the dress code… kena pakai cantik2…. Masa ni lah nak melaram kan, with coat/blazer….. kalau lelaki u kena ler pakai batik or lounge suit… and the ladies lak with all sorts of evening gown….Tapi last Saturday ada jugak yg tak observe the dress code…. And they managed to go in…. Hmmmmmm, I wonder gak why??? But lantak ler….. dun really care.

Feroz invited us for his house-warming party….. wow, kelas umah adik ! Taste mak datin sangat, makan hati tengok chandelier tuh!!! Thanks so much for the invitation… Makanan all sedap2….. sambal belacan memang mengancam…. sampai dua hari tak hilang bau belacan nyer…

Ms Elle… thanks for the lunch at HRC… mekasih mekasih.. 1^st time tau, makan kat HRC. Selalu nyer masuk jer HRC.... pasai nak beli souvenirs.... ahaaak!

Awang kata dia tak paham baca my blog..... ada ke patut.... tak baik tau Awang... heee2. Tapi kan memang ada betoi nya..... I baca balik pun mcm tak berapa nak paham........per mender ler yg aku tulis nie.. haa haaa Lansung tak ikut teknik L100 tau!  L100 itu my basic linguistik kelas masa  kat PPP.... 5 kredit hr lagi... dapat lak cukup cukup makan.... pull down la my CGPA.

18th & 19th Aug, KB and me balik ke Tepen sat..... pasai ada sambutan 25tahun SERATAS..... sambutan meriah! Sultan and Raja Permaisuri Perak mai mencemar duli...... the royal couple nie nampak so mesra rakyat sgt.. Both are sporting when budak2 SERATAS nak bergambar sama ngan mereka.  I pun dapat gak, mewakili ALUMNI......

dapat jumpa OBs/OGs, dapat jumpa cikgu2, dan paling best dapat jumpa ngan Pak Khai and cikgu zaharom aka mr carrot kami org tuh!  kalau dapat jumpa lagi ramai cikgu2 yg dulu2 tu lagi best kan.........

last but not least... salam kemerdekaan wat all malaysian... semoga kita akan berusaha untuk kesejahteraan Malaysia yg tercinta.

p/s. Zee u dok  obersee ker?? nanti balik Malaysia tibai kaw-kaw nasi lemak, nasi beriani ayam percik roti canai kari daging dalca sup ekor... opss tercakap lak pasai makanan.. ya ampuuuuuuun.
